Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs (if applicable).

What if I forget my Order Number? 

No worries! Your order number is in your confirmation email along with an automatic link to your order status on ancmeta.com. It is a good idea to save your order confirmation email or write down the number for future reference. If you forget or misplace your order number, please send us a chat, and a customer service representative will contact you.

How Can I Check the Delivery Status of My Order?

To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the shipping carrier’s website and input your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. 

How Will I Know Our store Shipped My Order?

We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed and processed. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address, and the tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder.

Once your order is placed on Reebok.com you will see an authorization hold on your chosen method of payment. The authorization hold on your payment method will not turn until a charge on your account until the order ships.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it’s nowhere to be found: Don’t panic! We’ve seen some carriers note packages as delivered sooner than they actually are. Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they’ve received the package.  

My package is missing, what now?

If your package is still not found, please contact the carrier to see if they can provide any additional information on where the package was left, then inform our team at [email protected] so that we can check the status of your package and assist however we can!  
 
Please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked delivered.
